We have to make our surroundings good, we should know what to eat, what to listen, what to see your wall color, your cloths, and you’re everything is you only. Paintings or any art for for make you feel good calm and happy.

When you apply art therapy or color therapy in your life you will feel good and it’s enough to a good start.

painting is a personal experience and we all are connected so every artist or painter when create something so it connects to all .because some can sing some can talk some can paint and some can do all . But the end is distribute your colors to others and make this colorful life more colorful

रंग - बैंगनी रंग + उजले सफ़ेद रंग

यह चक्र हमारे उच्च स्व और परमात्मा से संबंधित है। सक्रिय और संतुलित होने पर, बैंगनी चक्र हमारे समग्र शारीरिक, भावनात्मक और आध्यात्मिक कल्याण को बढ़ा सकता है।

सभी कला रूप जुड़े हुए हैं और जब आप सोचते हैं कि आप देखते हैं तो सब कुछ कला है। चाहे आप वैज्ञानिक हों, डॉक्टर हों, व्यवसायी हों, सब कुछ कला है। हम सभी खुशी के लिए जीते हैं। और हमारे अंदर खुशी है। योग ध्यान हमारी जीवनशैली को अच्छा बनाने और विकास के लिए है।

हमें अपने आस-पास का माहौल अच्छा बनाना है, हमें पता होना चाहिए कि क्या खाना है, क्या सुनना है, क्या देखना है, आपकी दीवारों का रंग, आपके कपड़े और आप ही सब कुछ हैं। पेंटिंग या कोई भी कला आपको अच्छा, शांत और खुश महसूस कराती है।

जब आप कला चिकित्सा या रंग चिकित्सा को अपने जीवन में लागू करेंगे तो आप अच्छा महसूस करेंगे और यह एक अच्छी शुरुआत के लिए पर्याप्त है।

पेंटिंग एक व्यक्तिगत अनुभव है और हम सभी जुड़े हुए हैं इसलिए हर कलाकार या चित्रकार जब कुछ बनाता है तो वह सभी से जुड़ जाता है। क्योंकि कुछ गा सकते हैं, कुछ बात कर सकते हैं, कुछ पेंटिंग कर सकते हैं और कुछ सब कुछ कर सकते हैं। लेकिन अंत यही है कि अपने रंग दूसरों को बांटो और इस रंगीन जीवन को और अधिक रंगीन बनाओ।
