Natural element: fire

“Manipura” means “lustrous gem of the city,” and is associated with the natural element of fire. Its associated color is yellow, hence its links to fire and, more broadly, the sun. It is directly linked to your sense of self.

The solar plexus chakra governs the fire element inside of you. It is your strength, your vitality, your ego, your willpower, your stamina, your inner power. It's the centre where you get things done and your sense of self.

Even you use yellow colour in your life style not only in painting it can develop your inner strength. So use the colour therapy or art therapy for self-development.

This write ups with the many research creating only for art awareness. I can’t explain a painting I only make. Everyone has a different story & Experience when they saw a painting. But defiantly as I said energies works indirectly.

प्राकृतिक तत्व: अग्नि

"मणिपुरा" का अर्थ है "शहर का चमकदार रत्न," और यह अग्नि के प्राकृतिक तत्व से जुड़ा है। इसका संबद्ध रंग पीला है, इसलिए इसका संबंध अग्नि और मोटे तौर पर सूर्य से है। इसका सीधा संबंध आपकी स्वयं की भावना से है।

मणिपुर चक्र आपके अंदर अग्नि तत्व को नियंत्रित करता है। यह आपकी ताकत, आपकी जीवन शक्ति, आपका अहंकार, आपकी इच्छाशक्ति, आपकी सहनशक्ति, आपकी आंतरिक शक्ति है। यह वह केंद्र है जहां आप काम पूरा करते हैं और आपका आत्मबोध होता है।

यहां तक कि आप सिर्फ पेंटिंग ही नहीं अपनी जीवनशैली में भी पीले रंग का प्रयोग करें, इससे आपकी आंतरिक शक्ति का विकास हो सकता है। इसलिए आत्म-विकास के लिए रंग चिकित्सा या कला चिकित्सा का उपयोग करें।

मैं उस पेंटिंग की व्याख्या नहीं कर सकत क्ती जो मैं ही बनाता हूं। किसी पेंटिंग को देखने पर हर किसी की एक अलग कहानी और अनुभव होता है। लेकिन जैसा कि मैंने कहा, ऊर्जा अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से काम करती है।
